Hi For The Past Couple Week I've Been Having On

Hi for the past couple week I've been having on and off chest pain and shortness of breath. It comes and goes. But seems to be getting worse so today I went to the doctor and he said it was costochondritis. But after doing some reading I'm seeing that Costo doesn't cause shortness of breath so I'm worried it's something else.
