Hi, For The Past Few Month I'm Having Problems With

Hi, for the past few month I'm having problems with my anus. At first I thought it was piles they will heal but now its getting worse. Each time I go to the toilet the is blood and a lot of pain and the pain is so bad that even walking and sitting down becomes difficult to do. What could be wrong with me?
