Hi for the past hour i have been experiencing very watery black stools i think the color is caused by the pepto i took but everytime i drink water i go the bathroom a few minutes later i cannot sleep cause of this my throat is dry i fear i may be dehydrated ive went to the bathroom 5 times in the past hour my stomach feels a littlw nauseated but,mostly i feel like i constantly need to go and its gurlging and bubbling occasionally im wanting to know if i should go to the er
