Hi, For The Past Two Days I Have Had A

Hi, for the past two days I have had a tiny bump on the underside of my tongue on the frenulum right about midsection of my tongue's underbelly. The tiny bump is not on the tongue itself, but on the lingual frenulum. I haven't picked at it or anything but it is in credibly painful and every time I move my tongue it sends waves of pain into my entire skull. Yes I know it sounds weird but the pain under my tongue and spreads up to pain in my ears as well. do you know what this is or what I can do to treat this at home?
