Hi, For The Past Week I've Been Getting Very Bad

Hi, for the past week I've been getting very bad headaches and tonight I woke with an extremely bad one. I also feel very sick and like I'm going to vomit. My throat is very sore and constantly dry not matter how much I drink and I get pains in my chest every now and then. Is There Anything I Can Do?
