Hi, Found Wriggling Worms In My Sons Nappy Yesterday, Treated

Hi, found wriggling worms in my sons nappy yesterday, treated with ovex changed his nappy today even though worms were there nothing nothing moving! Only seems to be when he does a poo and after inspecting his bum area there are none there just appear when he does a poo! Mine have reduced and have no itching now! Would you say the ovex is working ??
