Hi, Four Nights Ago I Woke Up The Next Morning

Hi, four nights ago I woke up the next morning experiencing a deep muscular pain in my right mid upper arm all the way to the shoulder. This happened when I woke up from my daughter's new queen double bed she bought for us. My husband was sleeping on the right side while I was sleeping on the left. Back home, we are used to sleeping on our large King sized bed and I sleep on the right side. A point to note and i.e we arrived Perth, Australia from Malaysia on the 23th Jan 2016 @ 5.30am. Our flight was 5 hrs and 20 mins. Now I am still having the right mid arm pain although I have been taking Ibuprofen and applying a pain relief spray for the past three days. Please help.
