Hi.. From Last 2-3 Days I Am Having Itching On

Hi.. from last 2-3 days i am having itching on my penis tip and foreskin as well.. i wash it twice a day but there is no improvement. Also i have notice the i constantly feel like going for urinate, i feel as if some drop of urine is regularly getting discharged. Please advise.
