Hi Good Day .i Have A Problem In My Stomach

Hi good day .i have a problem in my stomach gastric pain.so much gas in my abdominal part.i have taken the different types of medicine for so long time maybe almost 4 yrs now.i hv nexium 20 mg before and now I'm taking 40 mg. I have pantozole now and gaviscon for 15 days.but my stomach still the same.sometimes I vomit and dizziness.i have ulra sound in my abdominal but the result is normal.what should I do?plz help me.i have also insomnia. I can't sleep well at night. I hope you can help me.im in United Arab Emirates country.hear you soon your reply. Thanks a lot.
