Hi, Good Day..my Husband Has Chronic Hepatitis B Becuase It

Hi, good day..my husband has chronic hepatitis b becuase it more than 4 years, his sgpt is sligthly elevated..I recently found out his illness because he kept it to me for more than a year, we got married last 2014..According to him after he was diagnosed last 2010 with hepatitis b his doctor advised him to take herbal medicines but up to now his Hbsag is still reactive so i assume he became a lifetime carrier of hepatitis b and Im in a greater risk if we still continue our marriage because of a possibility that it can be transmitted through sexual contact..But he insisted that his hepatitis b is not transferrable because according to his doctor it was a sleeping hepatitis b..Is there a case such as "Sleeping hepatitis b" that is not transferrable although its already chronic?..tnx
