Hi Good Day..yesterday When I Clean The Toilet I Used

Hi good day..yesterday when i clean the toilet i used harpic and i mix it with chlorox..i cannot breath and im coughing and coughing...then i go out and leave the toilet rest for 45 mins...i find some chocolates and i ate ice and sugar..so that my throat will be okey cuz i feel it bad...what other way should i do??what is the effect of this sir??
