Hi good evening. My normal bp is usually 120 or 119 over 80 or 79, but today I went to an urgent care and my bp was 125 over 61. I have not been feeling well for about three days and I'm dizzy a lot. But the doctor discharged me and said I'm okay to go. He gave me a medication for migraines and tylenol. My blood sugar also came up as 129. But my sugar was 12.0 which is fine.
