What Does My Pelvic Ultrasound Showing Bulky Uterus With Multiple Calcified Fibroids Mean?

Hi, good evening can you help me with this pelvic ultrasound report means? The uterus appeared bulky, anteverted heterogeneous it measured 9.9cm x 7.7cm. Multiple calcified fibroids were noted within the uterine parenchyma with the largest measuring 3.3cm x 3.7cm in the upper body and fundus anteriorly. Another calcified fibroid 2.5cm x 2.3cm in the lower body anteriorly. The endometrium appeared homogeneous it measured 2.0cm. The right ovary measured 20cc. The left ovary measured 5.5cc. No evidence of pelvic free fluid was noted. Impression: Calcified Fibroids.
