Hi Good Evening, My Tonsils Are Swollen I Think I

Hi good evening, my tonsils are swollen I think I may have tonsillitis but I'm not sure my throat is still sore and my tonsils are still swollen but the pain isn't so bad anymore I have a mouth spray but I don't think it's working. Also my left shoulder is hurting and my neck is swollen is this really tonsillitis?
