Hi Good Evening,I Was Prescribed Trimovate Cream For A Sore

Hi good evening,I was prescribed trimovate cream for a sore place on my bottom about 3 years ago I have a flare up approximately every10 weeks or so,I was told by my doctor that I had a slight infection,but it wasn't going anywhere ! I was given a small tube of trimovate cream and told to use very spareingly.from being extreamly sore a couple of applications and everything is ok for another couple of months.i have now run out of trimovate and was wondering if there is an over the counter alternative or have I got to go to the doctors.many thanks
