Hi Good Morning Here In Canada, I Had A Question

Hi good morning here in Canada, I had a question I woke up these morning with headache and felt like throwing up, and I did threw up after I drink a glass of water and i still taste the good that I ate last night, is that possible a food poisoning? Or maybe because last night I could not sleep well coz of the sudden warm weather and I had to leave my windows opened to get some fresh air. Thanks! I wanna know what was happened to me.
