Hi Good Night My Baby Is 8 Months Her Face

Hi good night my baby is 8 months her face is camel brown but her body arms and legs are really dark and when she takes a bath or even goes swimming ,she don't have to stay in the pool for even 5 minutes and her body gets so dark that it kinda looks blue should I be worried?
