Hi, Got Stabbed A Fortnight Ago And Was Stitched Then

Hi, got stabbed a fortnight ago and was stitched then with switchers. They (switchers) were removed after 10days. Now the wound has healed but my concern is that there's a lump above the wound. There's no sign of infection. What could be the cause of the lump?
