Hi Guys, I'm Practising A Contact Sport, And Seven Days

Hi guys,

I'm practising a contact sport, and seven days ago I did some heavy training with a friend of mine. After the training my ribs --both right and left side-- were a little bruised, due to the kicks and punches onto the body. The next day I had the feeling my right side had a bruised or broken rib. The second day, my lower leftside hurt like crazy. I didn't notice anything at first, but later that day someone told me my lower left rib was poking out (though, slightly). I have problems sleeping on my back or on my right side. I can only sleep on my left side. Even though it gets a little less painful, I still have a poking rib. Is it the spleen or do I have a broken rib? What to do with either of the two? I heard broken ribs heal on their own. Do they heal correctly, or do I need to put something around my body to keep it straight? What if it's the spleen?
