Hi Had The Mirena Put In Once I Have Birth

Hi had the mirena put in once I have birth 7/3/15 I have been bleeding since then. It got very light after 6 weeks and then got heavy again. At my 6 week check up they cut my strings. And I have been feeling cramping and now my strings are hanging from my vaginia. Is it falling out?
