Hi, Have A Few Have Moles On My Body But

Hi, have a few have moles on my body but I have two on my back and the one came off in high school after bleeding excessively y, and my other one is now feeling similarly bruised and painful as well as it is also bleeding. My sister says there is a cracking in it. What does this mean??
