Hi Have A Small Patch Of Little Brown Spots A

Hi have a small patch of little brown spots a little raised on my palms and what I thought was clearing up athletes foot on my pinky toe. It's only a little dry there but now have bumps on my palm not painful. Do a lot of yoga and gym. Just want to know if it's spread from my foot or if both were different.
