Hi, Have Been Having Pain In Chest For 2 Days,

Hi, have been having pain in chest for 2 days, got the ECG done and doctor says it could be due to acidity. My question is, can ECG conclusively reveal any heart related problems ? I have high cholesterol and homocysteine levels and hence would like to know whether normal ECG confirms that the pain is due to acidity. Please advise. Many thanks in advance.
