Hi, Have Been Having Thyroid Issues For 2 Months Now.

Hi, have been having thyroid issues for 2 months now. First noticed it with an anxiety attack and trip to the er the first one I have ever had. Blood test indicated TSH level was in the the 20 s , T3 and T4 was normal . Started taking Levothroxyine and currently have my TSH in the 4 s but still having anxiety not as severe though. And am currently waiting to see a thyroid specialist . Any ideas?
