Hi Have Had A Lot Of Anxiety This Weekend With

Hi have had a lot of anxiety this weekend with planning a baby shower, I have had to take 3 Xanax's since late Saturday night. I have difficulty in breathing, and my left arm feels heavy and uncomfortable, numb almost. I am a 45 year old overweight female with no major illnesses. My blood pressure and cholesterol are good. Not sure if I should be worried or just have some anxiety going on.
