Hi Have Had My Implanon In For Three Years And

Hi have had my implanon in for three years and it's now overdue to be removed and I can not get an appointment for a couple of months. will it still keep me from getting pregnant.this will be my forth one that I have had in I don't won't any more children have got two already. I'm worried that if I have sex that I will get pregnant cause it's overdue expired 31/1/16
