Hi Having An Issue With My Left Eye. Last Week

Hi having an issue with my left eye. Last week starting having feeling that I have something in my eye . No change in vision nor having floaters. Eye feels like it is dry but looks ok except for some redness on lower lid. Have irrigated eye with artificial tears and warm compresses but no change. What else should I do.
