Hi Hope I Have Picked The Right Person Or Persons

Hi hope I have picked the right person or persons to ask , I've got a bump on the top of my head and it feels sore to touch, I'm sorry I'm finding it hard to describe to you but when I feel it it is like something is growing it feels sore but not painful but my hair has been falling ont over the last few months do you have any idea what might be the problem I know you cannot give me a real diagosis but you may know something I've never been to see anyone over this but I'm starting to get worried also if I wear my hair down it will part I guess it's with the lump?
