Hi, Hoping You Can Help With The Following: I Have

Hi, hoping you can help with the following: I have a very tender right breast that aches. Over the last 6 months there has been an oily yellow discharge which is spontaneous Sometimes leaving a mark on my shirt. No blood noted. Breast occasionally feels "full". 3 months ago I sneezed and felt something pop in my breast that left me in excruciating pain. I have had my prolactin levels checked =79 which my GP says is normal. Last breast fed 2 years ago for around 9 months. I didn't have these issues when I stopped. Pain and frequency of spontaneous discharge has gotten worse which doesn't change at different times of my cycle. I am 32, 5ft1, 136lbs, with large breasts that are dense. Stay at home mum. No new stressors, just issues with this breast! While I do not feel this is cancer, it's important to note that my mother, her mother, her aunts etc have all developed BC. Mother's was at age 46. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
