Hi, How Are You? I Am 6 Weeks Pregnant, Excited

Hi, how are you? I am 6 weeks pregnant, excited and nervous. This will be our first one, but I dont have any symptoms so far. SO i keep taking pee sticks just to make sure the baby is still there. I has spotting after intercourse like 2 weeks ago, my ob saw me and tested me for HCG and he scheduled me for an ultrasound, and it will happen tomorrow. I am a surgical tech, the more I have learned about pregnancies, the more complications I see. We just did an ectopic last Wed which was really sad. So my concerns are, is that normal to spot a little after inter-couse? And is it normal that I dont feel pregnant at 6 weeks?
