Hi How Are You, I Have Been Having This Muscle

Hi how are you, I have been having this muscle ache in my right shoulder for several months. I'm on generic form of thyroid medicine, generic form of blood pressure and just got off of hormones pills that I have been on since 1994. Sometimes it goes to my left shoulder but mostly its constant ache even when I laid down too.
