Hi How Are You? I Just Recently Found Out That

Hi how are you? I just recently found out that I am a diabetic and in the course of over a week my penis went through a very tough and unpleasant period, as to where I had bumps,swelling and even a torn frenulum. Everything else seems to be back to normal but the frenulum is still torn and painful. What can I do for this to heal or will it heal on its own?
