How can i explain you but when i was small that time my testical when up but doctor said it will come downe but now during d sex i fill it is going up n dowen n when i go toilet that sperm (semen) is coming in toilet when i go to doctor he said is nothing evrything is normel but at night after sex i go toilet about 50 times up n downe only separm is coming out i fili it i did see.....i m in very big problem please nobody understan some of doctors said is infaction somo of said is tention dont think tu much....many many answer but i dont beleved please if is possibel to give me good sugetion please.....
