Hi How Do I Know That My Lever Is Working

Hi how do i know that my lever is working well. Coz whenever i drink milk i m getting loose motions. I have acid reflux problems sometimes i need to use omprazole acid blocker capsules. Digestive system is not working properly cant eat more foods. Not feeling hungry on time. Is that lever problem or what?
