Hi I Have Hád 3episodes Of Epilepsy , 2 Were

Hi i Have hád 3episodes of epilepsy , 2 were during driving where there was no witness, I just felt unconscious and third had a witness who saw foaming from my mouth and was about 5 minutes after which I was comforted to sleep that took about 30 minutes
My brain mri and eeg reports are normal.
Even cardio tests doppler , ecg,ct scan xray all normal
Right now I have been suggested to take oxetol300 xr 2 times a day

Could you suggest doctor/hospital who can diagnose it please
