Hi, I Always Have Mild Pain And Tiredness All Over

Hi, i always have mild pain and tiredness all over my body. This is making me irritated most of the time. Specifically i have pain on my feet. I am slightly overweighted and had harmonal imbalance and this problem started that time. Initially i thought its the sideffect of harmonal imbalance medicines. But i was told by doctor that it is due to vitamin deficiency and took medicines for that for 6 months or so. Now i don't seem to have that imbalance but pain n tiredness still continues. What could be the possible reason for this and what should I do.
