Hi, I Am 21 Years Old My Weight Is 55

Hi, i am 21 years old my weight is 55 kg, i am sexually active, About a month ago my testicles started to itch and were red then it seemed to move a couple of weeks ago to my testicles and penis. There are now red spots on my testicles, head of penis and it seems this week more have started to appear on my skin specially under arms and and whole skin is itching . The areas affected itch terribly, especially late at night i can't sleep well, i visited many doctors they say you have allergic and prescribed me some medicine like ( prednisolor, Cinolone for treatment of dermic allergic cases, and asepso soup.
