Hi, I Am 22years Old And I Have Hypothyroid Since

Hi, i am 22years old and i have hypothyroid since past few years befor this i was hyper since i ws 13years old..
Now: 1st my doctor told me i have to go under a surgery..i went to srilanka for the surgery and my doctor there said i can take thyronorm for 3 months n see if it help..
Since i have started taking thyronorm 50mg, i have alot of hair fall and i have lost all my hair and i never had dandruff my entire life and now my have itchy scalp and dandruff..i also have alot of pain in my bones and muscels, gained alot of weight, i feel extreamly tired all day and im not able to do any work..
I am in a really horable condition and my life has completly stoped due to it..should i stop taking this medication..please give me an alternative of this medicine with less side effects..
Does this medicine also effect my fertility??(my friend taking the same medicine (27 years old) since 2years is nt getting pregnent and her doctor said it might be due to medication
