Hi I Am 23 Year Girl! I Had An Ipill

Hi i am 23 year girl! I had an ipill 2nd day of the intercourse and then i had my dinner (non veg). Post consumption of pill in around 3 hours, i had very light vomiting (some watery vomiting).
Should i be taking the pill again. Today is the 3rd day of intercourse, please advice!
