Hi I Am 24 Year Old And Have The Condition

Hi i am 24 year old and have the condition of PCOD. Recently some red rashes with acnes which do not burst have occured on my bikini area as well as to the vaginal lining. i have tried quaterderm and coconut oil as i do not know which doctor to contact for this . dermatologist or gynnaecologist. the rash and acnes grows when i am on my menstrual cycle. people say its due to my sanitary napkin but i very much confused. help me.
