Hi, I Am 24 Years Old. I Suffered From Typoid

Hi, i am 24 years old. I suffered from typoid and due to this my hair falls rapidly and got thin. Is it true that after suffering from typoid, recovery of hair is not possible?? What i do for recover my hair and make them thick? Please help me.i am very upset.
