Hi I Am 24 Years Old And Had A Tubal

Hi i am 24 years old and had a tubal ligation a little over two months ago. My period extremely heavy and only lasts like 3 days but i noticed this month that two weeks after my period i had thick bloody mucasy discharge like i did when i was fertile/ovulating. Is there a possibility that my tubal wasnt successful and that they grew back together. Also after i had my tubal due to my insurance running oit i didnt get to go to my follow up with my doctor to have it checked. So what are the possibilities of them growing back together and me getting pregnant?
