Hi I Am 25 Year Old Male. From Last 1

Hi i am 25 year old male. From last 1 week i am feeling that my left testicle is now bigger than the right testicle.in regular manner i dont feel any pain but when i touch it then i feel a sweet pain and pressure. My question is, is this becouse of my workout or is this becouse of recieving blowjobs or is this any kind of tortion ? Help me plzzz i am getting deppressed.
