Hi, I Am 25 Year Old Male From India And

Hi, i am 25 year old male from india and day before yesterday i noticed that my left testicle has fallen down and stiffness in my right testicle .there is pain in my right hip and lower back which sometimes shifts to left side.there is a continuous discomfort in my groin area and i am having very uncomfortable sleep. also my left testis is hanging much lower than right one(almost an inch). due to my job commitments i wont be able to visit doctor for a week. plz help me.
