Hi i am 25 years old. I am unmarried. I have problem in my penis. White particals cover all my penis inside and starts itching. I wash my penis 2 - 3 times a day. After washing my penis with clean water i dry it with clean towel. And the foreskin seems to be red. I have applied antibactrial cream for a week and take fluconazole tablet too. Applying antibactrical cream the white partical cannot dissapear white particals and gets itching too. May i have your suggestion and way of treatment.
