Hi, I Am 26 Years Male. I Am Having Chest

Hi, i am 26 years male. I am having chest pain and it radiates into my left arm, shoulder, neck and sometimes to the right side of my chest. I took ecg and the result came as inverse t wave spotted. But the ECHO came out normal except for higher heart beat rate - 116/min. kindly advise me on the further course of action. I have ligament injury and hence cannot take TMT. Is there any other way to diagnose my problem.???
