Hi, I Am 27 And Had My Ultra Sound Dating

Hi, i am 27 and had my ultra sound dating scan yesterday and got a copy of the report. It notes i have a small subchorionic haematoma observed involving <10% of the implantation site. the heart rate measured at 161bpm. a corpus luteum cyst is seen in the left ovary, the right ovary is unremarkable. no adnexal lesions are observed and thee is no free fluid in the pelvis. should i be concerned?? i will be seeing my doctor next week but might go sooner....
