Hi, I Am 27 Years Old, I Have Never Worried

Hi, i am 27 years old, I have never worried of a brown shade almost 70% covered in my penis tip. I never had sexual contact with any one. Before 3 years mistakenly one of my friend saw and from on I was observed. It never increased in size, no grains , itches or pimples. Just a brown (nearly black) shade, I just googled and found its penile melanosis. But no one suggested any treatment found on it. So consulted one homoeo doctor and as per him there is nothing to do about it and is not harmful. Another doctor suggested to use sebefine and did nothing. So could you please suggest a treatment to get rid of it? I am not interested to marry cos of this, and may be a little bit shy to approach any girl.
