Hi I Am 37 Male Smoker For The Last 12

Hi i am 37 male smoker for the last 12 years. i have been having paliptaions for the past some time got my ECG and TMT tests done and everything came positive doctors advised it is due to stress and took medicines and was ok. Last night i had a pint of beer i felt uneasy and had numbness in my right hand and right leg and was not able to concentrate.it hapened for a few hours then i went off to sleep. Could you please advise as to what exactly is happening as this happened couple of times earlier as well only after one drink or so and i just dont know what to do.
