Hi, I Am 39 Years Old And For The Past

Hi, i am 39 years old and for the past few years i have been having problems with having a bowel movement. Went to see a GI and ran test, was told that i only have a slow tract system but lately i have been experiencing alot of abdominal pain, back pain, sharp pain in my anus, and alot of bloating. Iam always hungry but after i eat something my stomach hurts even more, causing me to want to have a bile movement but cant have to take lacatives just to go. It helps relieve the pressure a little bit but comes back. Also been having alot of chest pain
